Parsley pumpkin seed pesto

1/2 cup fresh parsley
1/3 cup toasted pumpkin seeds (I had raw seeds and toasted them in a bit of olive oil on the stovetop, med heat for 5 minutes.)
1 T crushed garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 t sea salt
1 t black pepper
2 t dill
2 t basil
1 t oregano
2 t lemon juice

Place all ingredients in a food processor, like the Ninja, and purée until smooth.
Serve over pasta, rice, quinoa, or veggies.
