2 cups fresh basil leaves, packed down just a bit
1 cup raw pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 T crushed garlic (I like Trader Joe’s crushed garlic. It doesn’t have that chemically taste that some prepackaged minced/crushed garlic has.)
1 teaspoon dill, sea salt, and black pepper
Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Put in GF pasta (one of my favorites is Trader Joe’s brown rice/quinoa blend), or on pizza, an omelette, or a sandwich.
